Hello and welcome to HCM,
Fever, chills, tiredness and weakness in two year old is suggestive of infection most probably bacterial infection.
Rash is common in viral infection, however, chills are not commonly seen in viral infections.
Tick bite can cause rash, erythema, itching etc but not fever with chills.
Fever with chills can occur in superimposed bacterial infection.
A clinical assessment by a pediatrician is required since symptoms in children are very limited for various diseases.

Thanks and take care
