What Causes Fever, Body Pain And Sore Throat?

I have a fever of around 101 since yesterday afternoon (approximately 24 hours), achy everywhere, sore throat that feels almost cotton-mouthy as though I ve burnt it swallowing hot liquids. I had a severe wisdom tooth removed a week and a half ago and developed dry socket, but am mostly healed now. I m 32, slightly overweight but very physically active and healthy otherwise. I do not have tonsils.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the time it may be the viral fever here the history of wisdom teeth is there so it may be due to that (Infection of wisdom teeth) if this is the viral fever then you need to be very much patience for few days hope this information concern.
