What Causes Fever And Vomiting?

My 7 year old has had a fever since Thursday (4 days). Friday, it reached 104 in which she also threw up. Saturday, she also threw up and the fever went up at night. Today, she still has a fever of 100.8 in the underarm and is couphing. I have 3 children and don't get worried too often. Is this flu symptons or could it be something more serious.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking. In my opinion this seems to be some viral infection. You may watch her for a day or two. Just see for the signs like lethargy, breathlessness. I hope i have answered your question.
