Hello

From your symptoms it appears that you may be suffering from sinusitis and I would like you to meet an ent doctor for confirming the same. The orange phlegm may be due to the infection per se. The eye twitching id not related to the sinusitis and needs to be examined further by your doctor. Please don't worry as sinusitis can be easily managed with medications. for the time being you can take steam inhalation thrice a day.

Take care
