What Causes Fever And Red Rashes On The Penis Opening After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hello doctor, I m a resident of Bangalore and recently visited abroad. While there had a small sexual counter with a stripper lasted 10 seconds without protection. Within 2 days started feeling feverish and irritation while urinating. This is 3rd week now and I still feel feverish mildly. There is a small reddish patch towards the head of my penus...pls help what to do

STD ( sexually transmitted disease is a possibility. Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

As of now wash the genitals thoroughly with soap and water and apply topical antifungals like clotrimazole.
