What Causes Fever And Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

Good Afternoon...My husband has a medium fever and lower pain in his abdomen. Both sides. He s uncomfortable when he sits. He s almost 45 yrs old, drinker and a smoker. I ve ask him nicely a billion times to let me take him to the ER. He s horribly stubborn. I feel he really needs to checked out....Thank you for your time 3

Have a good day. The lower abdominal pain with fever may be due to any intrabdominal cause. If he is experiencing any alteration in the bowel movements, burning micturition, radiation of pain from loin to groin, nausea, and relation of pain to food intake or movements; any of these symptoms may point to a diagnosis and narrow the differential causes of the pain abdomen. Your husband should visit the ER to pe properly examined and the cause of his pain abdomen with fever established. If any further query, feel free to ask.
