Hi, My 29 years old just went 4 days ago to Aruba. She has been having Chron s disease since the age of 14. She just called to tell me that she had a fewer 38.7C for a day , was a bit dizzy and nauseous and with tylenol the fewer went down to 36.1C. The problem is tingling in her arms and the knee area up and down in intensity. Here tummy is soft and no diarrhea. She is afraid of the virus that causes paralysis and starts with tingling... Please advise.. She had no respiratory infecton nor sign of it... Thank you
