What Causes Fever Along With Sore Throat And Blisters On The Feet?

About 2 1/2 months ago I went to a strip club and got a lap dance from a dancer. During the dance she put her lips to my crotch. I had on jeans and was fully clothed during the dance. I can t be sure if my penis came out of my underwear but had jeans on and zipped the whole time. She blew into my jeans and I could feel her breath on my penis. Her lips or mouth did not make skin contact with my penis or testicles. I did not touch her genitals or my mouth or penis at the club. I could have touched my face when I got home but can t remember. About two and a half weeks ago I got a fever and sore throat and about a day after that my hands and soules of my feet broke out in painful sores which some of which blistered. I am still in the process of the blisters going away. They don t hurt but I can still see where they were. I am worried this is a rash from syphillis. I don t remember seeing a chancre but can t be sure. What are the risks that I contracted an std from this woman I am scared to death about it. Is it possible to get syphillis even if you are clothed like if her saliva soaked through the cloth? I can t be sure if I precummed but I know I didn t cum in my underwear. I also am pretty sure the outside of my jeans were not significantly wet.
