What Causes Fever Along With Muscle Ache All Over The Body?

Have had significant fevers for several days, not as bad today. Feel muscle aches all over and no energy to accomplish anything. Last night woke up being completely wet with sweat. Tues nt I was up every 2 hrs with a strong urge to pee. The stream was small and the feeling was intense, painful? The occurrence has returned to normal, but the sensation of a very small stream has remained. Returned from Haiti Jan 15 and am still taking doxicycline for about 5 more days. On Mon I saw my girl friend and took 10mg of viagara.
