General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns.
these are typical signs of systemic viral infection and most common are flu or respiratory infections however it may be sign of ebstein bar or hepatitis infection for example and it is hard to say exact type without further tests which should include blood tests and rna typisation. At this point you should just take plenty of fluids, vitamin C and reduce fever with paracetamol. In case of progression, you should see infectologist and do tests that I have mentioned.
I hope I have answered your query.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
