What Causes Fever Along With Geographical Tongue And Itchy Lips?

My 15 year old daughter has been having some strange symptoms. Friday she started having a fever that came and went on and off for three days. Before menstruation this happens to her frequently, but she also has geographical tongue and now her lips are itching.
