What Causes Fever Along With Diarrhea And Appetite Loss In A Child?
My 3 year old boy has jad a high fever of 103 for 6 days now. First day he had diarrhea and solids after that one day. No vomiting, loss of appetite, foul smell out of his mouth and everytime i give him medicine it s like he getsa jolt of energy. Also he is passing gas and burping a lot.

From, history it seems that he might be having gastro-intestinal infection mainly having typhoid.
Go for complete blood test and S. Widal test for typhoid.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Give him light diet mainly of milk diet, fresh fruit juices.
Give him plenty of water and keep him well hydrated.
Ok and take care.
