What Causes Fever Along With Chest Pain And Headache?
I had a temp of 102.8 Friday night. Went to urgent care. Also chest hurts,coughing,headache. Got an antibiotic shot as well as oral antibiotics. Am feeling better but chest still reall hurts. Have a cough. Low grade fever 99-99.5. Do I need to seek follow up care?

Yeah if you still have cough you should have a chest exam . sometimes long periods of cough could be a bacterial infection that can cause fluid build up and pneumonia even at your temperatures I really do not think that is the case . mostly you had a viral infection dear and it takes some time to get better.
