What Causes Fever Along With Breathing Difficulty And Body Ache?

Symptoms - Fever (all muscles and joint ach), lower lung irritation, difficulty breathing, hurts to take a deep breath. No runny noise but cough up flam which is green sometimes and reddish other times. Is there any virus going around that have these?

Good day and thank you for posting this question. From what you have described here, this is not a viral infection. This is more of a bacterial infection, Pneumonia. Do you smoke? And for how long have you been smoking. If you've been smoking for a long time what you describe here might be a Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and you need to visit your doctor for proper check up and treatment.
