General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Simply a fall from stair can not cause fever.
Since the temperature is high I would advise you the following in such a condition:
Consult your Doctor again.Insist for clinical evaluation and tests of blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasound of abdomen and X-ray chest if required.
Take symptomatic treatment with Paracetamol round the clock.
Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
Further specific management as per the causes found till you are cured.
I find this answer helpful
