What Causes Feelings Of Paranoia And Anxiety?

I suffer from complex PTSD, anxiety, and major depression. Recently, I have started having feelings of paranoia in addition to the anxiety. For example, I was in the grocery store and I kept getting the feeling that someone was following me. I had to leave my cart, and leave the store. I don t want to mention this to my psychiatrist, as I don t want him thinking that I possibly have bigger issues than I already have. Is the paranoia normal?
