What Causes Feeling Of Tightness And Pressure On One Side Of Neck?
hello, i have this weird feeling on the left side of my neck towards the front and side more than the back but it feels like someone is pressing on jsut the one side and when i move my head it feels sort of tight, also sometimes it feels like i cant swallow my saliva and i panic a little that i won't be able to get it down...no lumps, no pain

It is probably a neck muscle spasm. Take a muscle relaxant and calcium supplements. Avoid pillow and any neck exercises.u
