I feel like somethings in my throat but nothings there because i can breath fine. My jaw hurts and tenses up a little bit. I keep on spitting for no reason and I think it leads to my stomach hurting. This just started happening a couple days ago . also when I wanna burp I feel like acid comes up. I just want it to go away, it s annoying.
Hi, Welcome to healthcare magic. I had gone through your question . The symptoms strongly suggestive of LPRD that is larynhopharyngeal reflux disease. This is reflux of gastric acid into your throat and even voice box. Nothing to worry, you will be fine. I recommend the folliwing. 1) Avoid spicy and junk foods. 2) Avoid taking coffee or tea in empty stomach. 3) Take your dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed. 4) Proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole
