Hello and welcome to HCM,
Feeling of liver moving is a very weird symptom.
Presence of gall stones can lead to inflammation of gall bladder which is often characterized by pain in upper right side of abdomen, nausea and vomiting.
Eating and drinking can be followed by pain and discomfort in the upper reight side of abdomen.
I suggest you to get treatment for gall stones which is primarily surgical.
Surgical removal of gall stones may be followed by relief from pain and odd feeling.

Thanks and tale care
