What Causes Feeling Of Heaviness And Excessive Vomiting While Getting Up In The Morning?

a few weeks ago I started to get out of bed and suddenly it felt like a 100 lb. magnet pulled me down so fast and I vomited several times. I am wondering, since most of my health problems have been vascular (such as blocked arteries, amputation of leg, etc.) could have been a cause. I just on Jan. 4th had laser eye surgery to remove blood from my eye and it was caused by ruptured blood vessel.
