What Causes Feeling Of Having Lump On Liver?

I can feel a lump om my liver about the size of a walnut maybe a little bigger about 1 inch below my right rib cage. I have hep C and have been jaundice for about 1 month I was in the hospital for 3 and a half days and they were basicly doing nothing but giving me meds and not letting me eat or drink so I signed my self out. I m worried about this lump because I am having slight pain with it.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A lump below the right rib cage along with history of jaundice is most probably due to liver enlargement.
During treatment of jaundice, low calorie food and medication is given depending on the underlying cause of jaundice.
The growing lump needs to be investigated.
An ultrasound of abdomen needs to be done to know the cause of lump and its extent.
This information will be helpful in planning further management.

Thanks and take care
