What Causes Feeling Of Having Lump In Throat After Having Gastroscopy?

I had a gastro scope with esophagus dilation done two days ago now and I m still in a lot of pain. I feel like I have a lump in my throat and it hurts down my back to swallow and when I breathe. I haven t been able to eat much of anything yet. Is this normal?

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be normal one but no need to worry about this because such symptoms is likely when the gastroscopy done and this might be happening because of little trauma, will come around soon, hope this may helps, take care and have a nice day.
