Hi.
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Lumps in reproductive age group usually follows intercourse It could be due to bacterial infections or due to Fordyce spots, Bartholin's cyst, genital herpes or warts.I advice you to,
- do Swab test from the secretion of the cyst by Gynaecologist to find out the cause
- Antibiotics (tab. Amoxiclav 625mg twice daily)
- Daily Sitz bath
- Analgesics( Ibuprofen ) to get relieved of pain
- Avoid using tampons as it may worsen your symptoms
- Safe sex to avoid infections

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
