What Causes Feeling Of Being Lightheaded, Nausea And Unbalanced?

Hi I am feeling lightheaded, nausea, and unbalanced. When I move my head I feel lightheaded. When there is loud sounds sometimes I felt lightheaded. Last week when looking at numbers on the computer screen at work they were I little hard to see. What do you think this is and how would you treat it?

I have read your query . As far as lightheaded , nausea and unbalanced feeling is concerned this can be symptoms of Neurological problem . I will suggest you to consult Neurologist for clinical examination and investigation like CT scan or MRI if needed .
