What Causes Feeling Feverish?

Thank you. I had an app. today and my temp. was 95. Tonight I feel very warm (haven t taken my temp.) but in the past never was running a fever so I don t take it as a rule. I have had fibromyalgia for probably 48 years and most of what I have read I have experience. Why do I feel like I have an elevated temp. and never do?

Hello,
Thank you for asking this query on HCM.
You do not have fever as your temperature is not elevated.
As you might have experienced before, a person with fibromyalgia syndrome can have a number symptoms for which there are no clear cut explanation. These symptoms may mimic organic diseases but no disease would have been discovered on investigations.
You are having a symptom of that nature. So it is not a genuine fever but a feeling of having fever.
There is nothing to be concerned and you do not require any treatment for this symptom.
I am available if you have more queries.
