Hi,
I understand your query.
Actually head ache, change in moods is known side effect of the contraceptive Gynera.
* You should try & wait for the symptoms to subside -which is common after one gets used to the inbuilt hormones.
* BUT It is contraindicated in known patients of Migraine.
* Though contraceptive pills need to be taken cyclically in complete course, if you have severe migrain-
- You have to consult your doctor, in case the pain is unbearable, it can be discontinued in such case- with knowledge of withdrawal bleeding after that.
-Addition of Extra contraception during this phase of change is essential( barrier) & You may need to go for change in oral pills/ IUD for contraception
after the bleeding stops.
Thanks.

Hello,
There are plenty of side effects with the use of birth control pills.
Some feel it more some feel it less.
In most of the cases these side effects gradually subside with passage of time and this happens generally in 3 months time.
In case somebody feels that her symptoms are still pronounced, she can consult her octor and is cuss about alternative method of contraception.
If you feel that you are simply not able to tolerate it anymore, you can consult your doctor for this.
It can be stopped now and maximum you will have is withdrawal bleeding.
There is no need to finish the entire pack
Thanks
