What Causes Feeling Dizzy While Sleeping After A Day On Roller Coaster?
Just got back from a long day at Six Flags .. Now I ve been riding roller coasters all day today and for some reason now that I am in the bed I feel so sick almost like I feel like I m still spinning on the ride .. I ve tried using the bathroom and that did not work and whenever I close my eyes I just can t go to sleep

I really appreciate your concern, the reason behind the symptoms could be several one, right from the infection to systemic reasons and all of these need to be ruled out, and first this could be vestibular dysfunction, you can try "Tab Betahistine 8 mg" three times in day on tentative basis if this fails to response then clinical examination and investigation are must, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
