What Causes Fatigue,headache And Dizziness After Excess Walking?

My sister has just come from India in Italy now. After a couple days of lots of walking she became very fatigued has a fever and it setting very hot then very cold. She also threw up complained of headaches and dizziness and muscle pain. We thought it might just be heat exhaustion but could it be more serious?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The symptoms what your sister is facing is due to physical as well as heat exhaustion.
She definitely needs a cooler environment and adequate rest to recover back to normal.
Let her take cold water bath and drink plenty of fluids. You also need to replenish her electrolytes.
Once you do this, she should start improving and do well.
Wish her speedy recovery.
