What Causes Fatigue, Weakness, Nausea And Dizziness Throughout The Day?

Hi, I am trying to figure out what s going on with me. I woke up this morning feeling exhausted. I ve been feeling exhausted, weak, nauseous, and dizzy all day. I am on my period but it s not the normal heavy, painful cramps that I usually have. It s very light and I barely had any cramps at all. I ve been getting hot flashes as well. Please help!

Please note that you could be (have been pregnant).
