What Causes Fatigue, Numbness In Finger And Tingling In Hand?
I had one hard cough, and it felt like needles shooting out of my upper chest and my arm hurt and felt fatigued. Then the tip of my index finger and thumb went numb, with some tingling on the top of my hand and forearm. This has persisted for 3 days, and today, got a little more numb.

Your history suggests some cardiac ischemia needs to be checked. I hope you are a non smoker and not having high triglycerides and are not diabetic and hypertensive. Do check for these.
