What Causes Fatigue In A Person Suffering With Severe Bronchitis?

My husband was diagnosed with severe bronchitis 6 days ago. Especially congested right lung. He received an antiobiotic shot and prescription. Has been fever free until last night and it went up to 99. He is extremely fatigued today with no energy and is having difficulty staying awake. He has rheumatoid arthritis and a very compromised immune system due to taking a Enbrel for over ten years. His doctor has been concerned about his developing pneumonia. It is 6:22 CST on Saturday 2/5. Should he go to our local hospital emergency room? Please respond to Linda hodges at YYYY@YYYY .

hes should consult chest physician. needs a change of antibiotic and total examination of lungs field.problem is his compromised immune system. should take antioxidant vita c and high protein diet. let him take fresh fruits and vegetable. iv infusion of antibiotic will be better.treatment should be closely monitored.hydration should be maintained.
