What Causes Fatigue, Chills, Unable To Eat And Lot Of Belching?

Friday started feeling fatigue came home started getting chills was very cold went to bed stayed in bed for three days and nights. Would get up for fifteen minutes at a time to try to eat but could not. Had a lot of belching. Today is Monday still have not ate anything. Can do liquids.

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having gastritis.

You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg.

Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
3. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ).
4. Urine examination.

Above investigations will help in knowing about any infection, if present.

You can take light meals prepared under hygienic conditions about half to one hour after taking the above mentioned medications.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
4.Drink lots of water daily.
