What Causes Fatigue And Weakness While On Coumadin?
I am on Coumadin because of a blood clot on the left side of my heart as a result of a myocardial infarction about a month ago. I am weak and tired all the time. I sleep all the time. My blood pressure is usually around 86/65 range with 100plus pulse rate. Could these be side effects from the Coumadin I am taking. I was also on enoxaparin injections for 5 days and am still on Plavix with the Coumadin.

You are facing weakness, fatigue due to low blood pressure.
coumadin (warfarin) is a anti coagulant , which prevent blood clot.
You didnt mention any drug you using for lowering blood pressure.
consult with an cardioligist for further evaluation, dose adjust of other medication, and about blood pressure.
