What Causes Fatigue And Sore Muscles?

I have fatigueness, muscle soreness and joint pain, sore throat, faint red small red blotches around my pubic area, a rash on my inner thigh, and a soreness below my vagina on my thigh. I don’t know what wrong with me. The rashes have been there for almost a month now.

Hi,

The muscle pain and fatigue can be due to sore Throat. Sore throat is posterior pharynx infection and can lead such presentation like fatigue. You can get investigated further with throat swab for culture to identify causative organism. The rash is since long time and so can be due to some allergic dermatitis like condition.
Topical calamine lotion can be applied over that. I suggest you consult physician for examination and get prescription accordingly.
