What Causes Fatigue And Pressure In The Head?
feeling drained and tired, just came back from Virginia to California. was only gone a month. slight pressure in head. little stuffiness. no fever. slept 9-10 hours and feel more tired than I was before. could the time difference be playing a part or is my body acclimatizing again or what could it be

Many medical conditions may give you such symptoms.However, in your case, depending on what you were doing during your 1 month trip Virginia, stress may be a probable cause or just tiredness from the trip.I will advise you rest well and eat well/healthy.
If problem persist, you see the Doctor for evaluation.
