General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for your quetion.

I am glad to help with your concerns.

Dizziness, faintness, and nausea are common major side effects of both losartan and nebivolol. The low pulse rate occurs with nebivolol.

These symptoms necessitate a visit to your doctor for a reduction in the doses of both drugs. However, do not discontinue the drugs on your own as an abrupt discontinuation, especially of nebivolol, can trigger a heart attack.

I hope i have been able to help you.

Best wishes.
