What Causes Fatigue And Hot Flashes Along With Hand Tremors?

i am tired all the time. i have hot flashes. my hands are shaky. im gaining weight im 61 years young i was very active. now just cannot wait to get home and be able to sleep. i slept almost 30 hours straight over the weekend. only getting up to go to the bathroom.

Coming to your issue, you are describing features that are typically suggestive of Thyroid disorder, Hypothyroidism. I would like you to get a blood test for Thyroid profile which includes TSH T3 and T4. These will suggest us what is to be done further and if we have to suggest you to take thyroid supplements.
