Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The fatigue and calf cramps indicate a possible deficiency of trace elements in form of zinc, magnesium, iron deficiency or else. I recommend to evaluate the same and treat accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
