General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There can be multiple reasons for the chronic fatigue with lymph nodes enlargement as tuberculosis, lymphoma, HIV or so forth. Should consult your GP for primary evaluation clinically with needed tests of laboratory, X-ray with or without lymph node biopsy for in depth pathological diagnosis, on the basis of which there will be all curative therapy figured out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
