Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Looking at your description,
high blood pressure with
shortness of breath is matter of concern, I would advise you to consult your family physician or GP for recording of Blood Pressure at least 3-5 readings, blood investigation like CBC, hemoglobin, liver and kidney function test, thyroid function test blood sugar and
lipid profile an X ray chest.
Meanwhile I would advise you to avoid stress and anxiety and just relax. Don't exert much, light exercises are advisable like walking, swimming, deep breathing exercises. You should take
multivitamin supplement and fruit juices and glucose water of you are not diabetic.
This could be dangerous and you may require life long medicine if it is related to heart or
thyroid disease. It couldn't be dangerous when it is related to generalised fatigue or anaemia (low hemoglobin level). Please write back to me with all the details and reports I have advised you so that I will be able to guide you more accurately.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. B R Hudda
