What Causes Fatigue Along With Pain In Neck, Kidney And Hip?

I m having left side of neck pain, left kidney pain, and lower hip pain, upper leg extremedies hurt to move or walk like a pain with stiffness and extremely fatigue . also a lot of hot flushing off and on ? Should I go to ER or go to Dr. Visit ? Disguard this question Advertisement said free I have no money

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- Musculoskeletal condition could be likely, and this could be fibromyalgia, more or less this is the functional condition.
Medication:- You can try NSAID (Non Steroid Anti-inflammatory drugs) and best would be Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day.
Advise:- Try some relaxation therapy, exercise, yoga, meditation.
Comments:- You have not mentioned your age and gender, else more specific being advised.
