Hi I have woken up this morning feeling tired due to disrupted sleep upon standing started feeling nausea, headache and abdominal tension so to speak. This is not the first time I have had this. I think I have slept well and feel good to go but then when I get up my symptoms progress to severe nausea, vomiting repulsion to food and all I can do is try and lie down and shake it off. Today I took Panadol, drank lots of water and have eaten fruit, dry biscuits and a cup of tea. I vomited twice, once while driving had to pull over (I have taken a vit C and half of berroca) and the second time at home an hour later. Last night I had roast lamb, a moderate amount of red wine , glass and a half (which I am tending to avoid) and two chocolates. I did work a big shift overnight on Friday as part of my work and had slept out in a swag as part of the job.
