What Causes Fatigue Along With Joint Pain?

Hey, I had done tri dot test couple of years later after I had unprotected sex. The results came negative which was about 9 years ago . But now I m experiencing fatigue, joint pains, swollen glands in neck and 1 large swollen gland in thigh. Or can this be because of chronic depression since I ve always worried about it for past 10 years?

I can understand your concern.
First of all, no need to worry for HIV infection as your report is negative.
Yes, all your symptoms can be due to stress, anxiety and depression.
But better to get done ultrasound examination of neck and groin to identify the cause of swellings.
If they are simple lymphnode enlargement then take simple paracetamol twice daily.
Consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
You may need anxiolytic and anti depressant drugs to overcome your fear.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
