What Causes Fatigue Along With Dizziness And Sore Throat?

Hello, I was tired all day yesterday and fell asleep during the day. I have diverticulitis but do not think it is connected. Then this morning I woke up late and tired for work,I felt a bit disoriented and my balance was a bit off. Also, I had a sore throat and pain in and beneath my right ear(still remains, but more in the ear)I took a nap and some airborne, but still feel very tired and my ear still hurts but my throat is not as bad any more?Do you think I have an inner ear infection? Or something else?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, intresting to see that you are the patients, telling problems and at same time making diagnosis by yourself! Anyway u might be right but this is more likely to be middle ear infection and for that u need to see an ENT specialist. Remember don't ever take medicine without confirmed diagnosis and treatment by an expert
