General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In my experience with patients of supra ventricular tachycardias, fatigue is common after an increased heart rate as this wears you out. If i were in your place i would definitely get an urgent ECG done to make sure the heart is fine. As in my opinion the reason for your fatigue and depression seems to be due the increased heart rate.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiba Tehrim, General & Family Physician
