What Causes Fatigue Along With Chest Congestion And Cough?

Had a flu test on Sunday about 4 hours after waking up with body aches and extreme fatigue. No fever. Test was negative. Rested all day Sunday and Monday, felt OK this morning and worked all day. As the day wore on, extremely fatigued, heavy congestion in chest, unproductive cough (that hurts). Now I have a fever and chills. Could this be the flu or more likely bacterial?

flu is viral and self limiting. monitour temperature. take vit c and maintain hydration.get chest examined by pumunologist and treatment asper his advise for control of fever and cough. can take benadryl cough syrup if thereis bronchospasm then take bronchodialater like tab deriphylin.
