What Causes Fatigue Along With Blurred Vision And Pressure In The Ears?

I am 47 yr old male, physically active (military) and am experiencing fatigue, blurred vision (worse in the afternoon), ear pressure (itchy) and eye pressure (associated with the ear pressure). Friday I experienced a brief period of faintness although I did not lose consciousness.

exclude diabetes. you are having transient ischemia with general debility refraction have to be done if error detected it should be corrected exclude glaucoma. check near vision and if requered take correction.
