General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of fat deposits in stomach, easily palpable and pain in abdomen.
These are usually due to lipoma and are not the reasons for any pain at all.
The cause of pain in abdomen can be due to colitis or so and needs to be clinically evaluated by a General Surgeon.
The backache can be muscular.
Consult your Doctor for proper examination and treatment, further investigations if required.
