These symptoms are largely suggestive of palpitations secondary to Heart block.This can result in symptoms like dizziness and sensation of heart pounding.A baseline ECG with a 24hr holter ecg can accuratetly assess the the nature of palpitations.Drugs like b blockers and and anxiolytics can control these symptoms.consult your cardiologist for further queries.
