What Causes Fainting While Vomiting?
Wife always faints when she needs to vomit - she sits on toilet and I hold her up (sometimes only by hair) while she goes limp and vomits and usually she has diarrhea too - I am afraid she will strangle and die if she is alone sometime when this happens - what can we do?

I really appreciate your concern, no this is not the normal sing but it seems to be infection but in pediatric age it is the self-limiting condition but care needs to be taken for dehydration and fever else it will be fine soon. If the symptoms persist then stool needs to be sent for lab test.
